Book Blogger Hop: 7/1-7/4

                                                          Book Blogger Hop

In the spirit of the Twitter Friday Follow, the Book Blogger Hop is a place just for book bloggers and readers to connect and share our love of the written word!  This weekly BOOK PARTY is an awesome opportunity for book bloggers to connect with other book lovers, make new friends, support each other, and generally just share our love of books!  It will also give blog readers a chance to find other book blogs to read!

This week’s question is:

“How/Where do you get your books? Do you buy them or go to the library? Is there a certain website you use like paperbackswap?”

I mostly buy my own books. I prefer them brand new but at times if I find a particularly rare one I do buy them second hand too. Library has been a great resource too. Quite a few of my recent favourites have been from the library. I don’t participate in any of the swap sites. As  I mostly read classics I find websites like The Gutenberg Project and Many Books very helpful.

  1. Lately I’ve been getting most of my books from the library. When I buy books, which is often, it is usually at a used bookstore. I love strolling through used bookstores and finding treasures.
